Hi everyone 🥰 My name is Emily, I’m 22. Studio located in East LA (homebased) Street parking Please read over policies carefully. PAYMENT OPTIONS -Cash is preferred payment option -if you can’t for some reason I do accept card/zelle/Venmo for a small convenience fee of 3.5% . DEPOSITS - All appointments are secured with a non-refundable deposit. The deposit is to ensure that you will be at your appt. The deposit does go towards your balance. The only way I would keep your deposit will be if you no show no call or cancellation very last min. -Besides that I am understanding if we need to reschedule, only then it’s transferable if told with enough time! LATE POLICY - I do not offer parking. Please come with enough time to find parking, if you have trouble with parking text me and i will let you know what streets to check. -With every appointment I like to do a consultation (discussing lash style expectations), a lash bath and prep. That takes 10-15 mins before I start lashing. It is CRUCIAL to arrive on time. As if you are late, I would have to skip steps and that would equal poor retention :( - if you are late 10-15 mins I will not cancel as long as you communicate with me. Unless I have back to back. Anything over 15mins+ is automatically cancelled and deposit forfeited. BEFORE APPOINTMENT -avoid consuming caffeine before your appointment -please come to your lash appointment with clean lashes no make up no mascara -I highly suggest to shower before appointment because you cannot get your lashes wet for 24 hours. -please use the restroom before hand, I also have a restroom. -please do not show up sick -at times my rooms can get really cold, you are welcome to bring small blanket.
